Our products come with a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This doesn't include damanges from wear and tear. Our wooden products use natural wood as a material and each piece will have a unique grain pattern of its own. Furthermore it may have slight hue variations than seen on the website image due to the natural wood material variation and usage of our natural oil stains. Solid wood also expands and contracts with the weather changes so minor warpage during the seasonal changes is very normal.
You can grealy extend the life of your furniture with the right care. Refer to our Aftercare Guide for detailed instructions. Avoid strong cleaning agents and prolong exposure to direct sunlight. For Metal, Cane & Fabric products clean with dry cloth or vacuum on low suction settings.
Every Josmo product comes with an Installation Guide that can be used by a carpenter.
