What types of furniture do you offer?
Josmo is a contemporary furniture brand crafting high-quality, adaptable pieces for diverse spaces. Founded by Anjali Mody, we blend artistry with functionality, with a well-loved catalogue of made -to-order furniture and bespoke items. Our collaborative process involves designers, craftsmen, and specialists, ensuring each piece is beautiful and practical.
Do you provide custom furniture design services?
We offer personalisation on all our furniture - this means you can select fabric, wood finish and metal finish of your choice. If you wish to modify the fabric or finish of any product, you can get in touch with us to schedule a virtual or in-person appointment to complete your order. Alternatively you can also book a free design consultaion with our in-house experts.
What are the delivery times for your products?
All our products are made to order, and in some cases personalised to the customer's choice of wood, fabric or metal finish. To ensure our pieces meets internal quality standards, we ensure quality checks at every stage of manufacturing. Accordingly, expect delivery between 4-6 weeks from date of order placement.
Can I track my order status online?
For orders placed through our digital store, you will receive email confirmation upon completion of payment. For retail orders, our in-store team will assist you with billing, delivery and installation scheduling. All our products are made-to-order, with a predetermined delivery date based on product type and destination. Once your order is ready to ship, our Customer Success team will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We understand that flexibility is important to you, however we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the product. We do not have a 'Change of Heart' cancellation or refund policy. You may read our transparent Returns and Exchange Policy for more elaborate information.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All of our products are made to order and crafted for you. The production and delivery of your order may take between 4-6 weeks. This timeline is subject to change during festive seasons. We offer shipping and delivery pan-India. We currently offer white glove installation only in Goa. In certain cases, we may be able to offer installation services for an additional fee at certain pincodes - reach out to us for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use trusted and secure payment gateways like Razorpay that acceptg most popular payment methods. We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and most Mobile Wallets. We also accept payments via International Cards. For custom orders, you can make payments via a secure payment link.
Do you offer Warranty on your Furniture?
All Josmo pieces are built with care to ensure longevity. We have a warranty that will cover manufacturer's defects for upto 3 years. This does not cover defects from use or wear & tear. Please read our warranty policy for more detailed information or speak to our customer success team if you are an exisiting customer. We encourage you to inspect your furniture upon receipt and report any defects within 72 hours.
